POPPONESSET PROJECT

Mashpee, MA

Reaching back in time, to capture the true essence of Cape Cod style. The 1950-1960s, an era of classic coastal design defined by a hooked-shaped sand bar.  Inspired by the rich coastal tones of deep blue ocean waters, honed boat hulls, & textures reminiscent of dune grass add to the feel of a modern summer retreat that is curated and timeless.

WELLSLEY PROJECT

WELLSLEY, MA

A bit of equestrian style goes hand in hand with family tradition and craftsmanship. We redesigned the living room, breakfast nook, entryway, and dining room. Each space was filled with rich tones, leather elements, vintage art, and collected items which created a country home that is curated and timeless.

Pelican Bay

NAPLES, FL

Part one of a whole home renovation, we transformed a dated Tuscan-style house into a family home that feels fresh and modern. We completely remodeled the living room, dining area, and kitchen; converting an unused atrium into a spacious and chef-friendly pantry. Sculptural furniture and artwork from around the world adds depth and dimension.

This tiny cottage just got an upgrade into the new century, celebrating the charming vintage details of this home while adding modern comforts. We remodeled and redecorated the living room and open concept dining room, providing plenty of stunning and unique decor finds and vintage pieces. With a subtle nod to classic coastal style, it's the vacation home we all wish we were invited to.

Modern Beach Home

CAPE COD, MA

A new build-style home in need of some heart, we redesigned this open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen starting with the paint color. From there we swapped in custom light fixtures and striking furniture pieces. A mix of mixed wood tones and clean, simple lines contribute to a more calming and earthy feel throughout the house, while providing plenty of sitting room for guests.

Foxhill

WESTWOOD, MA

A balance of form and function, our goal was to breathe new life into this more traditional stone home. We remodeled and designed a new living room, a master suite, and an additional kid’s bathroom, maximizing space and revamping awkward, unused areas. We worked to keep the integrity of the home, all while adding in beautiful, family-friendly furniture and accessories that make the space feel grown-up enough to entertain in.

Edgartown Island Home

MARTHA'S VINEYARD, MA

When we got our hands on this house it was a blank canvas—a new build that needed no renovations. What it did need was some warmth and heart. We swapped out builder-grade lighting for custom fixtures and redecorated the living room, the kitchen, and the bedrooms. We added lots of deep, saturated hues and added specialty décor like custom made beds and an oversized dining table. The result was a modern take on coastal style.

Apple Lane Project

CAPE COD, MA

Small but mighty, we love making awkward unused rooms work harder. We completely redesigned this entryway into a functional space. The built-in, custom bench and cubbies not only contain clutter but make it easier to stay organized too. The warmth of the foyer extends into the family room; with its updated brick fireplace and custom settee that make the whole room feel cozy, yet refined.
