FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is a typical project timeframe?
    This varies between projects. Projects of larger scale or with more challenges take longer, while a one-room furnishing might only take a few weeks. In any case, you will receive a timeline estimate at the beginning of our work together that you can count on us to stick to as closely as we can.
  • How will we communicate?
    We communicate with our clients primarily via email. Our clients are welcome to message us with questions or ideas at any time, and we send out updates on each project on a weekly basis.
  • Should I expect to go over budget?
    Absolutely not. It's our job to deliver a beautiful space within the constraints of the timeline and budget we agreed upon. If we find a very special piece that is out of budget, we will gauge your interest, but the budget will never increase without your explicit approval.
  • How involved will I be in the process?
    The short answer: as involved as you want to be. We pride ourselves in nurturing a collaborative relationship with each of our clients. Taking over is not our style. Instead, we prefer to guide our clients through the process so that the end result is a space where they will live happily for years to come.
